Give A Fork

In the United States, 38% of all food grown is wasted, not eaten.

Project Green Fork is a program of Clean Memphis that actively collaborates with local restaurants and community organizations to foster sustainability in the Mid-South’s culinary scene. Our efforts to reduce food waste and transform the local food system include conducting thorough assessments, offering practical solutions, and providing our community with education and operational support.

Our Mission

Project Green Fork is dedicated to developing a sustainable food system for all Memphians by reducing food waste, connecting local partners, and socializing green dining practices.
